Onsite registration also includes access to all available online content.

The Accompanying Person registration provides access to the congress venue and includes participation in the Opening Reception on September 16. This registration does not grant access to the accredited scientific sessions, which are strictly reserved for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) due to compliance regulations. 

The Congress Social Dinner will take place on Thursday, September 17th at 20:00 at “Palais de la Bourse” (Pl. du Théâtre, Lille). The dinner includes a 3-course menu, water, and 2 glasses of wine or beer. Any extra drinks may be purchased at the bar. 

Please note that availability is limited. We strongly encourage all interested participants to secure their place as early as possible, as registrations will close once the maximum number of attendees has been reached and no additional seats will be available thereafter. 

An afterparty will follow the dinner at the same venue, expected to start at approximately 22:30. Admission is free of charge and reserved exclusively for registered Congress participants upon presentation of their Congress badge. 

Registration fees do not include participants’ insurance against personal accidents, sickness and cancellations by any party, theft, loss, or damage to personal possessions. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance. It is highly recommended that all in-person participants carry proper health and travel insurance. In the case that EuGMS 2026 Congress cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the PCO control or force majeure (including but not limited to war, fire, explosion, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, epidemic, health emergency and acts of any government) the PCO cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.

Registration cancellations or modifications are subject to the following conditions:

• Until 31 July 2026: Full refund (All refunds will be processed within 1 month from cancellation, bank charges will be deducted)
• From 1 August 2026: no refund (Registration remains valid for Online participation)

• No refund

It is not possible to change your billing information (VAT number, address, etc.) after the submission of the registration.

The cost for reprinting the badge onsite during the event is 50 EUR.
